The website Chic-leather.com presents collections of
handmade leather goods and fashion accessories. Any acceptance of an
order implies that our customers are aware of our terms of sale.
Any order received by Chic-leather.com is accepted after the registration of our customers on our website and validate their order. The order acceptance by Chic-leather.com
is in the form of an e-mail confirmation sent to customers after
confirmation of their order. If you do not receive an "Order
Confirmation" email from us within immediately of placing your order,
please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your email
address.
Changes intervening on an order after registration will result in a new
order confirmation which will cancel and replace the conditions of the
previous order.
Chic-leather.com reserves the right to modify or change
the collections and the offered rates on its Web site without prior
notice except the pending sales that retain their conditions valid on
the day of sale.
Our prices are quoted in EUR without shipping costs that are
calculated according to the weight of the package. The invoice prices
are those prevailing on the date of registration of the order.
International Buyers (USA, Canada, Mexico, Arab Countries, non-EU, etc.): Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Chic-leather.com is not responsible for packages delayed or returned by customs, nor for any fees incurred if a package is refused due to customs duties.
We accept Stripe, shipping after payments of orders.
The client has within 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product to Chic-leather.com, for a refund without penalty except for the return shipping charges.
If the period of 14 days ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the first following business day.
The customer must contact by e-mail Chic-leather.com indicating his intention to return the product before the expiration of 14 days.
Chic-leather.com will not accept exchange or refund goods except if the following conditions are met:
1- The return of items must be initiated within 14 business days, the date shown on the delivery note evidencing the date of delivery.
2- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect
condition for resale. Unused and undamaged. Any product damaged or used will not be refunded
or exchanged.
Chic-leather.com reserves the right to determine in good faith if all these conditions are met.
The refund will be made by Stripe within 30 days maximum after the receipt of the returned product by Chic-leather.com. The return postage, shipping costs, and risks related to the return of a product remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our genuine leather products are handmade in pure Italian and French traditions. The ancestral respect of processes and raw
materials gives them this authentic look and timeless appeal. Some products
have very slight variations in finish or shades lighter or darker giving
the leather an aged look, very modern and chic. The traditional
manufacturing does not force the drying of leather. Similarly, the fresh
treatment can, sometimes, leave a slight smell that disappears quickly
after use.
Please be aware that because our products are treated with rich, premium dyes to achieve their deep colors, some natural color transfer may occur. We strongly advise avoiding intense friction between the leather bags and very light or white fabrics during the first few days of use.
The acceptance of these conditions means that Chic-leather.com is relieved of liability regarding these natural leather characteristics and any incidental color transfer.
All products proposed to the customer are available in the stock of Chic-leather.com. The offer is valid while stocks last.
In case of temporary or permanent unavailability of the requested
product, or non-acceptance by the customer of a delivery time imposed by the
unavailability, Chic-leather.com agrees to offer a similar product to his client which retains full discretion to accept or refuse it.
Chic-leather.com retains ownership of the goods ordered until payment is made in full for their price. The product will be delivered only after full and effective payment via Stripe. Apart from the above, the customer is responsible for the products upon delivery, including the risk of loss or deterioration of goods subject to retention of title as well as the damage they could cause.
1 - Delivery
Products are shipped by DHL, FedEx, Speedy or Post: Price is calculated based on weight of the parcel.
Chic-leather.com is not responsible when goods are not
delivered due to errors of information (address of the recipient)
provided by the customers at the time of placing an order.
2 - Delivery Time
Our delivery times are for illustrative purposes only, and may range
from 3 to 7 business days. Shipping occurs immediately (24h-48h maximum) after
receipt of payment via Stripe. Chic-leather.com is not responsible for delays in delivery or strikes due to DHL, FedEx, Speedy, Post, or customs clearances.
3 - Receipt & Damages
The buyer must ensure that the product being delivered is consistent with the product provided on the command.
In case of damage found on the product due to transportation, or if the item has a manufacturing defect, the
customer must express reservations, take pictures, and make a claim with Chic-leather.com and the carrier (DHL, FedEx, Speedy or Post)
within two days upon receipt of the product.
Assuming that the error lies with Chic-leather.com (e.g., wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), the goods will be exchanged or refunded. In this specific case, the cost of return postage and shipping will be paid by Chic-leather.com.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHIC-LEATHER.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
