1. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship our products globally using trusted carriers, including FedEx, DHL, Speedy, and standard Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your parcel and your delivery destination.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Orders are shipped immediately, with a handling time of 1 to 2 business days (24h-48h maximum) after the receipt of payment via Stripe.
Our order processing days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EET/Bulgaria Time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Our standard transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that these delivery times are for illustrative purposes only.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international buyers (including USA, Canada, UK, Mexico, Arab Countries, and all non-EU regions): Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. Chic-leather.com is not responsible for any packages delayed by customs, nor for any return shipping fees incurred if a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties.
5. Carrier Delays & Liability
While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, Chic-leather.com cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays in delivery, natural disasters, or carrier strikes related to FedEx, DHL, Speedy, or Post. Furthermore, we are not liable for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information (such as a wrong recipient address) provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
